This was originally set up as a walk-in service to provide face-to-face IT support for students. However, since the pandemic, it has changed to an appointment-only service, allowing students the flexibility to book a convenient date and time slot with an IT assistant.
This method of appointment-only service has been extremely successful and as such, will continue to operate in this way for students.
will be available from Monday to Friday during term time, with slot times from 12.30pm to 3.30pm.
