All activities need to be booked in advance and payment is required at the time of booking; classes and public swim sessions can be booked up to 6 days, facility hire up to 7 days and gym sessions up to 24 hours in advance.

All casual bookings are non refundable however a credit note will be applied for the cost of the booking paid if cancelled within the cancellation period. Fitness classes, gym sessions, swimming & open athletics sessions can be cancelled up to 1 hour prior to the session commencing. Fitness instructor led sessions can be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. All facility hire bookings can be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the session commencing to be eligible for a credit note.
